The United States has the largest economy in the world with constantly changing needs. Employers cast a wide net in search of talented employees. For those companies who need to hire workers from outside the United States, there are several visa options:
Temporary Work Visas: H and L (also O and P)
Highly skilled temporary workers may be employed in the United States on H, L, or other temporary work visas. Each of these visas requires an approved petition from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security before a visa interview can be scheduled.
