Projects Provide Better Learning for Comprehensive Understanding of Principles
June 25: Consular Officer Frank Talluto served as judge in the Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) regional competition in Chennai on June 25. SIFE, founded in 1975, is an international non-governmental organization, headquartered in Missouri, USA, to encourage young students to come up with business ideas that will engage and benefit the underprivileged and help improve their quality of life and socio-economic status. SIFE is a platform for preparing students to adapt to real life situations and challenges which, in turn, will give them the skills to improve society as they learn what it takes to be future business leaders. Each academic year ends with the SIFE Regional Competitions, followed by a National and International Competition in every SIFE country. Mr. Talluto interacted with students and judges from the corporate world and shared his experiences and observations.
