Important Security Notice

  1. All personal belongings must be deposited with the security staff before entering the Consulate. Large bags, such as backpacks, suitcases or packages are not allowed within the Consulate grounds. Please also do not bring mobile phones or any other electronic devices, such as Blackberries, iPods, PDAs or remote-entry automobile key "fobs" to the interview as they are not allowed within the Consulate.
  2. All visitors are requested to conform to security regulations and produce a valid photo Identification (ID) at the entrance. Acceptable photo IDs are: passport, driver’s license, voter ID card, Permanent Account Number (PAN Card), government employer issued ID, or college/university issued ID. The Consulate will only accept original IDs and not photocopies.
