Nicholas Burns To Visit India For Talks On 123 Agreement

New Delhi -- Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Nicholas Burns will visit New Delhi May 31 to June 2 to meet with Indian officials for negotiations on the 123 Agreement.  On the eve of the talks Ambassador Mulford said, “There is considerable work to be done on what is a very technical and detailed agreement.  We want to finish as soon as we can and both sides are positive we can do this.”
