Non-Immigrant Visa Chief

Michael Cathey is the Non-Immigrant Visa Chief at the U.S. Consulate General in Chennai. He arrived in Chennai with his wife and young son in September 2011.

He previously served in Mexico City and Bogota. He has also lived in Japan and Germany.

Michael is a native of North Carolina, a graduate of Davidson College and, when not living overseas, he calls Los Angeles home.
