Laughter is their cup of tea
Indian-American stand-up comedians Rajiv Satyal, Hari Kondabolu and Azhar Usman on stage at the Museum Theatre in Chennai on January 5, 2012.
What happens when you take three Indian American comedians - two Hindu and one Muslim - and send them to India? When it's "Make Chai Not War," you get a lot of laughs -- and "a healthy dose of political incorrectness!"
Rajiv Satyal, Azhar Usman and Hari Kondabolu of “Make Chai, Not War” donned the role of diplomats as they showcased the lighter side of the world of religion, politics, languages and cultures at the Museum Theatre in Chennai on January 5, 2012 and the Vivanta by Taj in Bangalore on January 6, 2012.
Amidst standing ovations and near non-stop laughter from a packed house, they dished out anecdotal humor, insightful philosophy and pure entertainment.
