Presentation On Student Visas To The United States

CHENNAI: United States Educational Foundation in India (USEFI) Chennai and YASHNA TRUST, a USEFI satellite center at Bangalore will conduct a presentation on student visas on Wednesday 20 February 2008.
Mr. Ian Hopper, Deputy Chief , Non-Immigrant Visa Unit, U.S. Consulate General Chennai will be the principal speaker at the program. Mr. Hopper will provide information on student visa application procedures, discuss guidelines used in making student visa-issuance decisions and answer general questions on student visas.
The program commences at 4.30 p.m. and will be held at Rotary House of Learning, 11, Promenade Road (opposite Coles Park), Frazer Town Bangalore 560005.

The United States Educational Foundation in India (USEFI) was established under the Indo-U.S. agreement on educational exchange in 1950. USEFI provides educational advising services through an information desk, a reference library, group and individual advising sessions, administration of standardized tests and organization of or participation in U.S. university fairs.
