ELT Workshop for Madrasa Teachers
About 30 Madrasa teachers from Tamil Nadu and Kerala learned interactive English teaching skills during a 10-day English Language Training Workshop organized by the U.S. Consulate General-Chennai and The Seethakathi Trust.

On April 18, Consul General Andrew Simkin invited 50 academics, journalists, business and NGO leaders, and students to his residence to voice their opinions on President Obama’s first 100 days in office.
