Building on President Obama’s Outreach to The Muslim World

Following through on President Obama’s interest in improving relations with the Muslim world, Consulate officials spoke to 500 students and faculty members of the Abbas Khan College for Women in Bangalore about multiculturalism, diversity and respect for other religions and cultures in the U.S.  This was followed by a presentation on higher education in the U.S. and student visas.  The college warmly welcomed Consul for Cultural Affairs, Ms. Ragini Gupta to their campus.
