The U.S. government is pleased to sponsor the Access English language program in India.  “Access” is an interactive English language learning program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State for non-elite school children.   Here, Ms. Joelle Uzarski, Regional English Language Officer (RELO), U.S. Embassy, New Delhi, visits Chennai (September 22-24) and meets with participants and implementers of the Access program at Anjuman-e-Himayath-e-Islam Matriculation School, Chennai.
